Yes. Sukar offers a free plan that includes 1 agent seat, 100 conversations per month, 50 AI conversations per month with answers trained on your website, and the live chat widget. The free plan is available forever with no credit card required. You can upgrade at any time as your business grows.
Which plans include visitor scoring and closer mode?
Visitor buying-intent scoring, the four adaptive AI modes (including closer mode), the team inbox, CSAT surveys and custom branding are included on Pro ($79/month) and Enterprise. Free and Starter include AI answers trained on your website in support mode, without scoring or closer mode.
Is AI unlimited?
No, except on Enterprise. Each plan includes a monthly number of AI conversations: 50 on Free, 300 on Starter and 3,000 on Pro. Enterprise has unlimited AI conversations. You can upgrade at any time if you need more.
What happens when I reach my conversation limit?
When you reach your monthly conversation limit, new visitors can still see your chat widget, but new conversations will be paused until your limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit immediately.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and you get access to the new features right away. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. When you choose annual billing, you save 20% compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are billed once per year and include all the same features as the corresponding monthly plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Sukar offers a 14-day refund policy on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with Sukar within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact our support team for a full refund. No questions asked.
