Does the chat widget support right-to-left Arabic?+
Yes. The Sukar widget ships with a full Arabic interface and right-to-left layout. It switches to Arabic automatically when your page is in Arabic (or, if your page sets no language, when the visitor’s browser is), and you can force it with the language option in the embed code.
Does the AI reply in Arabic?+
Yes. The AI replies in the language the visitor writes in, so a visitor who writes in Arabic gets an answer in Arabic, and one who writes in English or French gets English or French. This is on by default in the AI Playbook.
Does it understand Moroccan Darija or other dialects?+
The AI is built on a large language model that understands many Arabic dialects, including Darija, Egyptian and Gulf Arabic, and Arabic written in Latin letters (Arabizi). Quality varies by dialect, so test it with real questions from your customers before going live.
