Sukar provides a live chat and customer communication platform that includes real-time messaging, AI-powered chatbots, an embeddable website widget, team collaboration tools, analytics, and integrations with third-party services. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Chat Widget & Visitor Data

When you install the Sukar chat widget on your website, you are responsible for informing your visitors about the collection and use of their data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. You must include appropriate disclosures in your own privacy policy.

7. Subscription & Billing

Sukar offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

Recurring billing — Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel
Payment processing — All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method
Plan limits — Each plan includes specific usage limits (agents, conversations, websites, AI features, etc.). Exceeding these limits may require upgrading to a higher plan
Price changes — We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period
Cancellation — You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then
Refunds — Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment
Failed payments — If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access to paid features until the payment is resolved
No partial refunds — We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of Sukar and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sukar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
